Last year in Zagreb, Croatia, I had the pleasure of being part of a panel discussion entitled “Global Perspectives on Democratic Innovation in Cultural Governance” as part of the Seminar “The Age of Cultural Participation: Democratic Roles and Consequences” organized by Kultura Nova Foundation on November 7th and 8th of 2019.
