As an international expert and research associate at the Center for Artistic Activism, I am working with Stephen Duncombe on a project exploring alternative governance and resource mobilization models for arts organizations. The research project will inform the new governance strategy of A Blade of Grass, an organization that nurtures socially engaged art in the United States.
The research methodology includes a literature review including international case studies, a series of in-person and virtual Listening Sessions, and one-to-one interviews with ABOG’s constituency and thematic experts. Say tuned for results coming out in the Fall of 2023.
