Published writing across cultural policy, art criticism, civic technology, and cultural networks, with contributions to Third Text, ARTnews, UNESCO’s global report on cultural diversity, and peer-reviewed journals. The full record is available via ORCID.
Presentations
Conference presentations, keynotes, and panels at international venues including UNESCO Paris, the World Summit on Arts and Culture, the Open Government Partnership, and the Latin American Studies Association. Most of this work addresses cultural governance, civic participation, and the politics of cultural data.
